Project

We met ASM Consultants at the very beginning of our journey. Toumoro was tasked with designing and building the Alphred application based on previously produced proofs of concept. This application enables users to optimize human change management with a simple and effective tool.

Developed to meet the highest standards of safety and quality, a research and testing phase was conducted before development began to validate the technological choices.

Challenges

A good user experience is crucial for the success of a digital project, especially for an application designed to manage human change.

The primary challenge was to preserve the authentic and personal aspects of the methodology within the application's interfaces and functionality. This careful balance ensured that the application remained user-friendly while clearly conveying the unique methodology for human change management.

Refining the value proposition

During co-creation workshops, we assisted in identifying needs and potential obstacles, refining the value proposition, and establishing scenarios. We also supported target user testing. The goal was to create maximum value for our customer.

Definition of the scope and tests

This stage enabled us to conceptualize and test the value proposition cost-effectively. The interactive prototype served as a low-cost version of the MVP, allowing us to quickly test with users and mitigate risks.

Web development and product realization

Next, it was time to build a solid and scalable software and cloud infrastructure. We collaborated with our client to maximize the success of the product launch.
